Comprehensive Eye Exam

However, a vision screening provides a limited perspective on the overall health of your eyes. It’s a bit like getting your blood pressure checked and not getting the rest of your annual physical. You’ll have useful information, but it’s not the whole picture.

Meet The Doctor Dr. Carrie R. Kubota

Dr. Kubota has been happily married since 1993 to her husband John. John, a chemist and Lab Manager for an environmental chemistry lab, has been her biggest support every step of the way! They have adult fraternal twin daughters, Kendyl and Jordyn, who are the highlight of their lives.

"I was diagnosed in my early 20’s with Dry Eye. I was prescribed different types of medication and still suffered. Due to recent insurance changes I made an appointment with Dr. Kubota’s office. She recommended Forma-I Radio frequency treatments that unfortunately is not covered by insurance. Although costly, I was desperate for relief. Within ONE treatment I noticed a massive difference. After four sessions my dry eye symptoms have improved immensely. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Kubota and her entire team. Worth. Every. Penny."
